For products that are readily available in stock, we guarantee shipment within 48 hours of placing the order. However, in some cases, it may take 3 to 4 working days to ship based on stock availability.

For products that are not immediately available in stock, rest assured that we will still ship them within 3-4 working days.

Please note that  takes responsibility for handing over the consignment to the courier company within 3-4 working days after order placement and payment receipt. However, any delivery delays caused by the courier company are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for them.

Cash On Delivery

At, we are pleased to offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) service for selected cities and available pin codes. To avail COD, we require a minimum partial advance payment at the time of booking your order. The partial amount to be paid will range from 5% to 10% of the total order value.

Once you have made the minimum partial payment, we will proceed to ship your order promptly. The remaining balance amount can be settled at the time of delivery. Rest assured, there are no additional costs associated with COD orders.

This convenient COD option provides you with the flexibility to pay a partial amount upfront and the remaining amount upon receiving your order. Please check if your city and pin code are eligible for COD before placing your order.

Return Policy

We have a straightforward and customer-friendly Return Policy at If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 1 day from the date of receiving the product. In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the consignment. Follow the simple steps below for easy returns:

  2. Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for pickup in most regions. However, if your pin code is not covered by our company pickup policy, you may need to arrange the shipping from your end.
  3. Make sure to pack the product securely in the return package with its original packing and tags intact.
  4. Once we receive the product at our end, we will process a 100% refund*. However, if the product is damaged or has any other defects at the time of return, we will deduct the cost to match the defective charges from the refund amount.
  5. The refunds will be subject to evaluation by our quality team to ensure the product meets the conditions of our 7 days return policy.

*Note: The term “100% refund” means we will refund the full purchase amount excluding any deductions for damages or defects, as mentioned above.
